42376 The Legend of Dalibor (Dalibor's Violin).
The name of the Tower of Dalibor (Daliborka) at the Prague Castle is connected to one of Prague's best-known legends, which was also made into an opera by Bedrich Smetana in 1868.
According to this legend, a man called Dalibor from Kozojedy, a small town near Litomerice, was sentenced to death and imprisoned in this tower for giving shelter to some rebellious peasants. While waiting for the fatal day, Dalibor would play his violin and his music was so beautiful that all the people of Prague were moved and enchanted and the local authorities didn't dare announce the date of the execution. People knew that the generous Dalibor was dead when his violin fell forever silent.

http://www.blisty.cz/files/isarc/9811/19981104e.html
The story of Dalibor is based on historical fact. Dalibor's predicament was recorded by the 16th century Czech writer and legal expert Viktorín Kornel ze Vsehrd. His version is quoted by 19th Czech historian Frantisek Palacký in his monumental History of the Czech nation in Bohemia and Moravia, see the chapter dealing with the confused Jagiellonian interregnum.
In the region of Litomerice, opressed people mutinied at the Ploskovice fortress and forced their overlord, Adam of Drahonice, to give up his supremacy over them. The people asked another lord, Dalibor of Kozojedy, for protection and Dalibor did indeed offer them protection. This caused a fued between Dalibor and Adam and on 13th March 1498 the court of the land sentenced Dalibor to death for breaking the law.
The historical Dalibor was esteemed by ordinary people and became a hero of folk tales. He is said to have been imprisoned in a round tower at the Prague Castle, where he played the violin in a moving manner. This musical legend may mean something else: in the prison jargon, the expression "he is playing the violin" referred to the wailing of prisoners who were being tortured.
But Wenzig wrote his own story, which differs in several ways from the historical facts. Wenzig's Dalibor clashes with a rival from Litomerice and a friend of his is murdered by the enemies in the clash. Dalibor revenges himself by attacking Plo?kovice castle, damaging it and killing its master. Milada, the sister of the murdered man, asks the king of the land for assistance. Dalibor is arrested, and the king wants to hear both the accused and the accuser. Milada is suprised by the nobility of Dalibor and falls in love with him. Later, she unsuccessfully tries to free him from prison, but she is killed and Dalibor is executed.
Dalibor, (Daliborka) (I13864)

42377 The merchant Lucas de Clercq, born in Haarlem in 1603/1604, was the son of Jacques de Clercq from Ghent and Passchijtgen Grijspeert from Rumbeke.
Born 1554/1555, Jacques de Clercq belonged to a respected, Mennonite family. He was banished from Ghent on 20. September 1585 because he had conspired with others to overthrow the Roman Catholic city government in an effort to seize power to protect the Mennonite there. After he immigrated to Haarlem he became a prominent member of the more liberal Mennonite Flamish community of Olyblock. In 1608 he and his wife recorded as living in the Grote Houtstraat. He died in 1609, his wife in 1638.

42378 The oldest certain Tüchsen isRaadmand and resident in Højer, Moritz Tüchsen, possibly son of resident same place Tyge Andersen, according to the church records, 1680 Augest 8. married a 50 years old widow, who been buried 1690 July 13., 61 years old, in the church book called Margreth.
Tyge Andersen married 2. time Margrethe Fedders, daughter of late Fedder Hansen in Tönder, and they had the cildren:
1. Andres, born 1694 May 17.
2. Peter, 1698 January 26. Buried same year January 30.
3. Fedder, born 1698 January 26. Burried same year February 13.
4. Schwennich, born 1701 June 24.
The church book goes to the year 1701, and continue first in 1734, and it is not possible in this source to find the father of Moritz Tüchsen - but he must been born 1706, because he died 1775 May 68 years and 32 weeks old.
Højer Kogs Teichbuch tells us that landowners was:

Tügge Andersen Moritz Tüchsen (son?)
Boy Andersen Hans Boyesen (son?)
Ehm Tüchsen Ehm Tüchsen
Niss Bramsen Boh Nissen (son?)

42379 The present castle of Dale consists of a north and south wing, with a connecting
passage, but the only ancient portion is the south wing, which constructively
remains much as it originally appeared, though its appointments have been greatly
modernised. The lower storey has a plain vault.-Visited, 21st September, 1920.
NOTE.-The name of this place appears originally to have been Vale, not Dale. There was
a knightly family called Vale in medieval Pembrokeshire, and in 1293 Robert de Vale received a grant
of a weekly market and annual fair at his manor of Vale (Rot. Cart., 22 Ed. I).* An earlier member of
the family, Robert fitz Richard de Valle, one of Strongbow's retinue, founded a nunnery at Timolin,
co. Kildare, about the year 1200 (Journal Kildare Arch. Soc. ii, 414).
* The Vales appear to have been succeeded at Dale by the Walters of Roch and Rosemarket, of
which family the celebrated Lucy Walters, mother of the unfortunate Duke of Monmouth, was a member.
Her portrait at Dale passed with the house to a family named Paynter, who sold the property and
removed the portrait to Portclew, near Lamphey, where it remained at the date of the compilation of the
Pern. Arch. Survey (1896-1907).
