Containing that, upon the late William Songale, layman, of the diocese of Glasgow, who had married a sister of his, attacking him with offensive arms, Thomas accidentally killed him, and adding that he has as far as possible made satisfaction to the kin and friends of the said layman and has for the soul of the defunct visited as a pilgrim the shrines of the apostles and the apostolic see, ........
